仕事内容:

近畿住設株式会社での施工管理担当者のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

施工管理:太陽光発電・蓄電池・オール電化の施工管理と品質管理

現場業務:現場調査、材料手配、工事店手配、工事同行による現場監督

調整業務:施主様・工事店との打ち合わせとエラーコード等の改善対応

完全週休2日制でシフト制のため、ある程度希望に合わせた休日取得が可能です。

年間休日115日以上で充実したプライベート時間を確保しながら技術者として成長できます。

【必須条件】

・第二種電気工事士取得

※合格後、3年以上の実務経験済みの方

・普通自動車免許

・第一種電気工事士

・一級管工事施工管理技士

・二級管工事施工管理技士

・電気系の学校を卒業されている方

・電気関連の業務に携わったことがある方

・電気工事施工管理士としての実務、資格をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00

※現場により出勤・退勤時間が変わる場合は代休制もあり

<休日休暇>

年間休日:120日(115日~125日)

■年末年始休暇(実績:10日間以上)

固定残業代あり:月給¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
