エスコープ大阪では、組合員さんのご自宅へ

食品や日用品をお届けする

個人宅配ドライバー(正職員)を募集しています。

1.5tのトラック(AT⾞⁄オートマ)を使⽤し、

エスコープ⼤阪の安⼼‧安全にこだわった商品をお届けします。

担当エリアは堺市を中⼼に限られているので、

顔なじみのお客様へ再配達なしでスムーズに配送できます。

配送センターから30分程度のエリアがほとんどで、

⻑距離運転や再配達もありません。

配達先のお客様とのコミュニケーションも多く

「ありがとう」の言葉が直接届く、やりがいのある仕事です

<1⽇の流れ>

8:00 出社‧⾞両点検‧荷積み

8:45 朝礼

9:00 配送へ出発★

12:00 お昼休憩

13:00 配送再開★

16:30 帰社、⽚付け

17:00 事務処理

17:30〜18:00 退勤

<取扱商品>

⽶や卵、野菜‧果物、⾁(豚‧鶏‧⽜)、

⽜乳‧乳製品、⿂介‧⿂介加⼯品などの⾷品、

さらには雑貨などさまざま。

いずれも国産、無添加、減農薬など、

⽣産者がこだわり抜いた商品ばかり◎

<⼊社後の流れ>

座学 → 同乗 → 実地 と段階的にサポート

▼初日~1週間:座学・施設見学

店舗や物流センターなどの関連施設の見学を通して、

生協の仕組みや商品知識を学びます。

▼2週目~:先輩の配送に同乗

安全運転のコツや、配送手順などを実際の現場で覚えていきます。

▼1ヶ月後~:実践スタート(先輩が横でサポート)

最初は必ず先輩が同乗するので、安心してスタートできます。

給与:

初年度で「⽉収29万円以上」も⽬指せます

※経験‧能⼒‧適性などを考慮のうえ、優遇いたします

★⽉給210,000円以上+諸⼿当+賞与年2回

※お持ちの経験、スキルを考慮の上、⾦額を決定します。

※2ヶ⽉の試⽤期間あり(条件に変更はありません)

‧昇給年1回(7⽉)

‧賞与年2回(6⽉‧12⽉)※昨年度実績2.5ヶ⽉
