【社内SE】情報システム【リーダー候補/情シス・ヘルプデスク経験者採用/所定労働時間7時間 】

【仕事内容】

情報システム部門のリーダー候補を募集。ランキング事業・WEBメディア運営・ニュース配信事業等さまざまな事業展開をしている

グループ全社の支援部門として、IT戦略に携わり、DXプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

  • 主な業務

各部門ニーズや事業・業務に紐づく課題に対し、情報システム面から支援を実行。

改善や解決に向けたシステム環境の企画提案・環境構築・運用などを担当いただきます。

・社内ニーズや課題解決・改善に向けた企画提案・環境構築・運用

・グループウェアや業務システム等の設計・導入・運用管理(各種設定、バックアップ、監視、トラブル対応等)

・社内ヘルプデスク業務(テクニカルサポート・トラブル対応等) ・社内基幹システム管理(運用支援)

・システム端末管理(サーバー、PC、モバイルデバイス) ・全社的なIT教育プログラムの企画・実施

  • 直近の課題および導入事例

・Microsoft社のCISベンチマークをベースとしたMicrosoft365セキュリティ強化

・ランサムウェア・Emotet・ゼロデイ攻撃を見越したEDR導入

・Azure Active Directory シングル サインオンの導入による各種利用サービスのセキュリティ強化

  • 業務スタイル

事業部門と密にコミュニケーションを取り、ニーズや課題を丁寧にヒアリング。社内システムの検討・導入を進め、

技術的な知見を生かして最適な解決策を提案・実行していくスタイルです。

  • 配属部署について

IT戦略部:8名(本部長兼部長、ユニット長2名、グループリーダー、メンバー2名、派遣2名)

IT戦略部は、オリコングループの全社ITを支援する部署です。現在8名のチームで、社内システム業務を担当しています。

少人数のため裁量が大きく、主体的に提案や改善に取り組める風土があります。

【年収・給与】

450万円~700万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
