: Commercial Finance / FP&A
1.
Lead quote development activities in a cross-functional team during the new business pursuit phase.
- Develop and optimise business cases.
- Lead the quote team in clarifying and confirming commercial assumptions, terms and conditions that
Impact program financials.
- Suggest profitability and/or competitiveness improvement plans to the quote team.
- Develop program financial summaries and present them at the meeting.
2.
Manage program financials through the product development /production phase
- Support the program team in 1) developing and optimising business cases, 2) improving the program
Profitability.
- Develop and present program financial summaries at the reviews.
- Ensure that the program team follows internal financial guidelines, processes, and rules.
3.
Coach and train program team members in financial processes and tools.
4.
Create and maintain revenue forecast and budget
What you'll need to succeed
Required
- Analytical skills of financial documents. Good understanding of automotive "Project/Program Management" process and methodologies.
- Good managing skills, organisational skills, and planning skills.
- High communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Extensive experience in business planning, commercial transactions, finance, pricing, and/or sales.
Good understanding of the automotive product development process (including program timing plan
Development, change management, etc.).
- High sensitivity to commercial terms and transactions.
- Business level of Japanese and EnglishWhat you'll get in returnSalary: ~12.5M
