■Role Overview
As a financial professional, you will lead the accounting and finance functions for Japan entity, which supports global ocean-going vessel agency services.
This role requires a specialist capable of managing broad responsibilities including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Beyond Japan operations, you will also be responsible for the financial management of joint ventures in the Far East Russia region, offering a truly international field of activity.
■Main Tasks Include
・Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in accordance with IFRS.
・Conduct detailed variance analysis between actual results and budgets to provide strategic insights.
・Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in close coordination with Global finance teams.
・Manage the financial operations and reporting for partnership-based joint ventures in Far East Russia.
・Build and strengthen internal control systems based on Group policy to ensure local tax compliance.
・Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different regions to align global and local financial policies.

■Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have Requirements
・Accounting Experience: Proven practical experience in accounting operations.
・ Language Skills: Business-level English skills. Mid-level English proficiency is required for international coordination.
・Must hold Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd Grade (日商簿記検定 2 級) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
・Graduate of a Junior College, University, or Graduate School.
■Preferred Attributes
・Strong logical thinking and the ability to work as a specialist in international accounting (IFRS).
・Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different regions.
