クライアントの収益拡大やコスト削減といった経営目標の実現、経営課題の解決を目的としています。
業務プロセス改革のコンサルティングから、業務プロセスのアウトソーシング(BPO)を通じた実行までの一気通貫したサービスを提供しています。
ITサービスマネジメント(IT運用)組織の拡大に伴い、マネジメント層の拡充のため、「BPO×DX」を推進するマネージャ候補を募集しています。
AI・開発・データサイエンスの技術力で社会に貢献し続ける「ICTソリューション・カンパニー」です。
【具体的には】
・ クライアントの収益拡大やコスト削減といった
経営目標の実現・経営課題の解決を目的とした、業務プロセス改革のコンサルティング
・ 業務プロセスのアウトソーシング(BPO)を通じた実行までの一気通貫したサービスの提供
・ ITサービスマネジメント(IT運用)組織の拡大に伴う、マネジメント層の拡充
・ 「BPO×DX」を推進するマネージャ候補としての組織牽引
・ ITサービスマネジメントのマネージャ候補として、
既存案件の拡大、新規クライアントの獲得(営業チームとの連携)
・ クライアント・社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築
【求める人材】
・ IT運用(PC、サーバー、ネットワーク、クラウドのいずれか)の実務経験2年以上
・ 情報システムの実務経験2年以上
・ チームマネジメント経験(5人以上のメンバー管理など)
・ 担当業務・プロジェクトにおいて、チームの成長、業務改善の実績
・ クライアント企業の業務・プロジェクト責任者への提案・折衝経験
・ 予算管理や利益管理の経験

・ クライアント企業の組織責任者(部長以上)への提案・折衝経験
・ 業界固有の知識や特定の業務に精通していること
・ ITILFoundation資格保有あるいは同等の知識を保有していること
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
