・毎年の採用市場を分析し、採用戦略の企画・立案
■採用実務全般
・母集団形成:インターンシップやイベント、説明会の企画・実施、スカウト業務など
・採用面接:一次面接官担当
・その他実務全般:応募者管理やエージェント対応など
【具体的な役割】
・採用戦略の企画・立案
・採用媒体会社担当者との折衝、リレーション
・説明会実施、書類選考、役員・社長面接の予定調整や申し送り
・面接官担当(一次面接担当として合否検討まで)
・スカウト型採用の採用活動、候補者学生とのコミュニケーション
・内定承諾から入社までのフォロー(各種入社事務手続き、内定式の企画・実施、内定者フォロー)
※将来的には、新卒採用業務に加え、中途領域の採用、教育研修や、労務業務など、
採用以外の人事全般的な仕事を身に着けていただくことも可能です。
【やりがい】
配属となる人事部は、2020年3月に新設された社長直轄の部署。新しい制度づくりといった運営にかかわる重要な業務に、裁量をもってスピーディーに取
り組めるポジションです。30代の若手社員が中心。成長期段階の組織でもあるため、柔軟でチャレンジのしやすい環境となっています。経験やスキルを活
かして活躍したいといった方には、大きなやりがいを実感できるチャンスです。

・社会人経験3年以上(業種不問)
・採用業務における実務経験
・課題解決業務の経験者(企画立案から実行まで)
■スキル
・コミュニケーションスキル
・論理的思考をお持ちで自走力のある方

コアタイム無し
■21時以降の勤務と日曜出勤は原則禁止+フレックス勤務で調整
