CMやWeb広告をご覧になったご家庭からのお問い合わせが増加中。

<具体的な仕事内容>

HPやCMから問い合わせのあったお客様への架電対応をお任せします。

アポイント設定以降の商談は、各都道府県の「個別教室のトライ」の教室で勤務する教室長や、「家庭教師のトライ」の教育プランナー(営業職)の社員が担当します。

1:ヒアリング

お子様の学習状況や志望校、ご家庭の悩み(成績不振、学習習慣など)を丁寧にお伺いします。

資料だけでは伝わらない「オーダーメイドの学習プラン」の必要性をお伝えします。

2:アポイント設定

「一度、詳しいサービス説明を受けてみませんか?」と面談を設定します。

3:情報連携

ヒアリングした内容や面談日時を教室長やプランナーに引き継ぎます。

<入社後のイメージ>

入社後、まずは約1週間の座学研修で会社やサービス、トーク内容を学びます。

2週間目からはロールプレイングや実際の架電をスタート。

マニュアルやトークスクリプトも完備されており、2~4ヶ月程度で独り立ちできるカリキュラムです。

現場でお客様に寄り添い続ける「プレイヤー職」、チームをまとめる「マネジメント職」をご自身の希望で選ぶことができます。

途中で変更することも、もちろんOK。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり163時間20分

<シフト制>

土日を含めて週5勤務

<勤務時間>

・8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

・13:00~22:00(休憩1時間)

  • 午前の時間を有効活用できる

「趣味を朝楽しむ」「育児・家事を済ませてゆっくり出勤」など13:00~の勤務時間だからこそ実現できる働き方があります

  • 土日シフト勤務できる方は大歓迎

「役所の用事を済ませる」「通院の時間を確保する」など平日休みならではの働き方もあります

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万6031円 〜 8万9650円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
