通常の管理会計/経営企画業務だけではなく、PKSHA Technology全体の事業拡大を目指します。M&Aにおけるソーシングにおいて【同社AI×○○】のシナジーを生むきっかけや、ジョインしたグループ会社にPMIとして参画し【AI×グループ会社事業】をグロースいただく想定をしております。

グループ全体のガバナンス体制設計や運営に携わって頂きます。
また、単なる経営企画ではなく、事業グロースに向けた特命案件もメインミッションです。

・予算策定 / 予算管理及び事業別の予実分析を踏まえた各種施策の立案

・スタートアップにて事業をグロースさせたご経験
・スタートアップのボードメンバーとして従事したご経験
・PMIとしてグループ会社に出向し、事業をグロース/立てなおしたご経験
