ランドリー設備を取り扱う会社での

  • 電話・来客応対
  • 見積もり作成・送付
  • フォーマットに沿ったデータ入力
  • 在庫管理
  • 受発注業務

などをお願いします

<電話について>

  • 電話応対数…1日数件~15件程度

修理・メンテナンス依頼が多数あるため、その地域担当の外注先に割り振っていく作業が多いです

「応えること」や「外注先」は決まっているのでとても簡単電話での受け答えさえできればすぐに慣れますよ

最初から電話応対を任せることは絶対にありませんし、徐々に慣れてきてからお願いするのでご安心ください

  • お客様への営業行為は一切なし

営業のサポートとして、お取引先との丁寧なやりとりをお願いします

  • PC・メール・ラインの操作できればOK

既存フォーマットにデータを入れるなど簡単な作業をお任せ

Excel・Wordを使うこともありますが、難しい作業は一切ありません

  • 近くには同じ事務スタッフが3名います

※女性スタッフ(2名)と男性スタッフ

女性スタッフが隣でイチから丁寧にお教えします

関西一円の福祉施設・病院・温浴施設などに、自社製品である、業務用洗濯機を販売してきた当社。

医療や福祉の施設は毎年増加しており、お取引先はどんどん拡大、安定成長を続けています。

  • 高卒以上
  • 男女ともに大歓迎
  • PC操作ができる方

※専用ソフトでの作業有指導します

経験をお持ちの方は優遇未経験の方も歓迎

OJTでじっくり研修しますので徐々に業務を覚えてください。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万7000円 〜 24万4000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万3000円 〜 3万6000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり14時間 〜 19時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 賞与年2回+決算賞与(業績による)
