仕事内容

求人の背景:近年、包装機械の売上が拡大傾向にあるが、日本市場のニーズにより合致するマシンの開発又は調達が急務になっている。これまで事業部単位でマシンセールス又はテクニカルマネジャーが配置されていたが、包装機械事業を強化するために、統括的な位置づけのディレクターポジションを新規設置することを決定。

求める経験 能力・スキル

機械関連のメーカーや商社での勤務経験
海外製のマシンを輸入、販売、及び、設置した経験
機械の設計や仕様を海外のサプライヤーと交渉できる技術力及び英語力
国内外のビジネスリーダーと連動し、新規事業の開発を推進する能力
5年以上の管理職の経験
短期の国内・海外出張が可能な方
