東】医療器具製造工場の検査

仕事内容:

病院で使用される注射液などの医薬品の品質検査をお任せします。

製造工程で完成した製品に異物や気泡、キズなどがないかを確認する目視検査が中心のお仕事です。

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・完成した注射液や粉末薬剤を1本ずつ手に取り、異物や気泡の有無を目視確認

・専用ライトを使用して透かしながら検査(暗室環境)

・検査後の製品をトレイへ戻し、次工程へ受け渡し

・使用器具や作業エリアの簡単な清掃

検査はクリーンルーム内で行われ、一定温度(約23℃)に保たれています。

空調が効いた快適な環境で、1年を通して安定して働けます。

※ライン作業ではなく、1つひとつ丁寧に検査を行う作業が中心です。

※作業時はクリーンスーツを着用します。
