・身体症状の観察と健康管理

・医療処置の実施

・療養生活支援と環境調整

・患者さん・ご家族への心理的サポート

・看護計画の立案と実践

・清拭や足浴・手浴などの基本的看護技術

当ステーションは、医療の場が病院中心から在宅中心へとシフトしている現代において、病院でやり残した看護を引き継ぎ、患者さんの「生きる」を「活きる」に導く看護提供を実践しています。看護師のカンや経験に基づく自分のエビデンスを試す実践的な看護が可能で、看護を語り合える環境で常に看護を深める機会が得られます。

求める人材:

看護師資格を有し、自動車免許をお持ちの方。経験年数は問いません。

経験は問いませんが、看護の意味を問いながら「看護の視点」を鍛えたいという姿勢が何より大切です。

勤務時間・曜日:

週2回以上の勤務。勤務時間は相談の上、8時50分~20時00分の範囲内で決定いたします。シフト制です。

休暇・休日:

シフト制

労働条件に基づき、労災保険・健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険に加入いたします(パート社員も対象)。

【固定残業代】なし

【給与詳細】時給2,000円。パート社員にも正社員と同様の教育機会を提供いたします。教育手当も支給いたします。
