仕事内容
主に海外における開発プロジェクトの調査、計画、政策策定、技術指導・人材育成といった一連の工程を担っていただきます。
国際的な枠組みのもと、特に開発途上国における温室効果ガス削減(緩和策)や適応策の実効性を高め、気候変動対策を前進させていく重要な役割を担う仕事です。
気候変動の影響に直面する国々の政府や地域社会と協働し、持続可能でレジリエントな未来の実現に貢献できる、社会的意義の大きい仕事です。

必要な能力・経験
【必須】
・気候変動関連業務(調査、コンサルティング(研究職は除く))の経験3年以上
・英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方
・理系学部卒以上
・(外国籍の方)JLPT N3レベル

・TOEICスコア800点以上

世界各国を短期間で渡り歩き、専門性と対話・調整能力を駆使し、案件形成から調査、計画策定、事業実施、技術支援まで、幅広く活躍しています。

9:00~17:00(所定労働時間 7時間)
休憩時間 60分

完全週休2日制(土日曜)

【想定年収/給与レンジ】 600万~1000万円 ※経験・年齢を考慮の上、規定により決定します
モデル年収:30代 550~650万円前後/40代 700~850万円前後
【賞与】 正社員:年3回(6月、11月、12月)/契約社員:年2回(6月、12月)
【昇給】 有(年20回)
