2022年1月に新設されたエンタープライズ領域を担当する部署です。組織立上げから間もないため立上げメンバーとしてご活躍頂きます。エンタープライズクライアント担当として、自社プロダクト導入により顧客課題を解決に導くセールス及びアカウントマネジメントをお願いします。
【職務内容】
アカウント責任者としての様々な手法を用いてプロジェクトをリードいただきます。エンタープライズ企業を複数社担当し、お客様の経営課題を解決するための中長期サクセスマップを描き、顧客との関係値を作りながら、自社プロダクトの提案・導入を推進するアカウント責任者をお任せいたします。大手企業に対する新規提案営業~導入後にサクセスさせることで、利用人数の増加や横部署への展開、アップセルやクロスセルまで担当いただく重要なポジションです。
■エンタープライズ企業に対する営業活動
■顧客、社内を巻き込んだプロジェクト管理
■現場、経営とのディスカッションによる顧客課題の特定及び業務フローの構築
■既存プロダクトの定着から顧客の業務及び経営課題の解決に向けたロードマップの作成とその遂行

【必須要件】
■いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・建設業界での営業経験(ゼネコン、サブコン、設備建材メーカー、専門工事)
・大手建設会社に対する営業経験
【歓迎要件】
・建設業界での施工管理経験をお持ちの方(ゼネコン、サブコン、設備建材メーカー、専門工事会社)
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 900 万円
固定時間外労働手当 月45時間分含む
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
