新人育成:サポート体制が充実♪

NTTドコモの販売店舗にて、

座学研修から始め、段階的に職場の雰囲気に慣れて頂きます。

お客様の受付や接客、販売業務をメインにお仕事をお任せ致します。

→ご来店者様の受付業務

→お客様情報等のデータ入力

→商品陳列や店舗のPOP作成等

→携帯やスマホの操作案内業務

→料金プランのご案内や受付業務

→スマホや携帯電話の販売

【研修の流れ】

→1カ月程度

座学研修:接客マナーやNTTドコモの商品知識を習得

→2~4カ月程度

先輩社員の補助業務

→4~6カ月以降~

ご来店者様の受付業務から段階的に始め、

徐々にお仕事に慣れて頂きます。

将来的には、マネージャーや人事職等

キャリアアップも可能な環境です

個人携帯の変更は問いません。

給与:

正社員

・月給260,000円~350,000円スタート

・試用期間:3~6ヶ月:237,000円(経験に応じ短縮有)

資格取得で、資格手当を別途支給

ソフトバンクショップやauショップ、

ドコモショップ等の、携帯ショップや量販店、

その他、インターネット回線のご案内業務等、

通信業界経験者の方の給与はスキルやご経験に応じ決定。

居酒屋、飲食店のホールやキッチンスタッフ(調理師)等の飲食業界。製造業や農業、介護施設や配送業。一般事務員や医療事務、栄養士やデータ入力等の事務職関連。コールセンターのテレアポ等々、派遣スタッフやパート・アルバイト、フリーター等の異業種からの幅広い年代の方が多数活躍中です。

高卒(高校新卒・既卒)や、大卒、第二新卒の方もOK
