【業務内容】
マーケティング課にて、国内外に向けた新商品の企画から販売促進まで幅広い業務を担当いただきます。
具体的には.....
- 新商品企画(各種分析、コンセプト立上げ、企画立案、商品上市までの一連の業務)
- プロモーション施策(企画立案と実行)
- ブランド育成や中長期の戦略立案と実行、自社のファンの育成
その他、マーケティング課の業務全般を幅広くお任せします。

本部署には、3名(課長1名・メンバー2名)が在籍しております。

- 味噌・即席味噌汁および加工食品の製造販売を手掛けています。自然由来の発酵食品である味噌本来のおいしさを届けるべく、厳選素材を用いた無添加・有機味噌を中心に高品質な味噌を提供しております。
- 海外において日本食の本格的な需要の増加が期待されている中で、味噌は日本食の中核をなす重要な食材です。味噌は健康食としての認識が浸透しつつあり、海外市場への参入も強化しています。
原材料には強いこだわりを持っており世界中から調達するなど、よりおいしものを提供するため企業努力を続けています。

【給与】
予定年収:581万円~651万円
日給月給制/月額(基本給):369,000円~383,000円/月20日間勤務想定

【必須要件】
- 食品・飲料業界でのマーケティング実務経験(3年以上)
- 商品企画のコンセプト立案から、パッケージデザイン業務、コピー・ネーミング制作、価格設定、プロモーション等の上市までの新商品開発実務経験
- 市場調査として、POSデータ分析、消費者定量・定性調査の実務経験
