データサイエンティストとして、入社いただいたあとはチームでアルゴリズム・モデル設計・開発に従事していただきます。自社開発プロダクトのアルゴリズム開発、大手フランチャイズの売上予測の開発運用が主となります。また、若いエンジニアに対するPMあるいはリードエンジニアの役割も担って頂きます。少数精鋭の環境で、技術・コミュニケーションの両面で開発をリードいただくことを期待しております。
【求める人材】
・AI・機械学習に関連したアルゴリズムまたはシステムの5年以上の開発経験
・Gooogle Cloud 知見・経験: BigQuery、Cloud Storage、Cloud Workstation、Cloud Run、Vertex AI
・ Docker、BigQuery、Python、TensorFlow、PyTorch等の環境・言語・フレームワーク等を利用した5年以上の開発経験
・BIツール(Looker、LookerStudio、Tableau等)の使用経験
・ビジネス課題を解決するためのデータ分析および提案の経験
・開発チームのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
【歓迎】
・データの可視化ツール(CARTO、deck.glなど)の使用経験
・AWS、Azureその他インフラに関する実務経験
・サービス実装を想定し、データベース設計やプログラムコード最適化の調査・提案能力
【給与】
年収600~1800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
