■ポジション概要

国内シェアNo.1のECシステム開発会社にて、WebディレクターとしてECサイトや各種大型Webサイトの構築から進行管理、デザインディレクション、分析・改善提案やマーケ支援まで一貫して関わるポジションです。業務委託も可能、アパレル・食品・旅行など有名ナショナルクライアント案件でスケールの大きなWeb制作経験を積むチャンスです。

■業務内容

クライアント折衝や提案から、サイト構成・情報設計策定、進行管理、チームディレクション、ログ・アクセス解析指標にもとづく改善・プロモーション施策の提案・実行など、サイト制作に必要な要素をほぼ全て網羅できます。多様な社内体制で適性や希望により役割拡張も可。

■具体的には:

-ECサイト/コーポレート/ブランドサイト/LP等の新規構築進行管理

-提案書・情報設計シートの作成、サイト構成提案(UX設計)

-クライアント折衝(要件定義、方針合意、進行報告、品質レビュー)

-デザインディレクション/外部クリエイターとの進行・品質管理

-GA等を用いたアクセス解析、A/Bテスト設計・施策反映

-プロモーション企画/広告提案

-社内制作/開発チームと連携し工程・コスト・納期管理

-得意分野に合わせた領域別スペシャリスト・上級PMステップアップも可

【必須スキル】

・ECサイトもしくはWEBサイトの制作ディレクション経験3年程度

例)ECサイト、LP、コーポレートサイト、メルマガ等の制作および運用

・HTML、CSSの知見

・Google Analyticsを用いた分析の知見

・制作スケジュールおよびタスク管理スキル

【歓迎スキル】

・広告などマーケに関する知識があり、提案が可能

・Googleオプティマイズ等による施策や分析が可能

・データポータル等BIツールの経験

・マーケティングのコンサルティング経験者、もしくは興味

・スケジュールおよびタスク管理

・要件定義~構築までの工程でのディレクション経験
