~~【お仕事内容】~~

  • 省エネ住宅設備のご案内に関わるクローザー業務です。

アポイントを引き継ぎ、お客様にとって最適な提案・クロージングを行います。

『クローザーとしての業務』

  • お客様への課題ヒアリング
  • 商談・商品提案
  • 契約クロージング
  • 契約後のフォロー対応 など

※スタートは現場理解のためアシスタント業務からお任せします。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり128時間

10:00~19:00 ※実働8時間

  • 完全週休3日制(月曜・火曜・水曜)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 26万円 〜 60万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給26万円以上+インセンティブ制度あり

成果に応じて給与が上がるため、

月額100万円以上に到達している先輩スタッフもいます
