発電事業のプロパティマネージャー

未経験から、再生可能エネルギー分野の専門人材へ

<仕事内容>

地域の不動産会社とのつながりを活かしながら、

太陽光発電をはじめとするクリーンエネルギー事業に

適した土地の調査・交渉を行うポジションです。

・地域ネットワークを活用した土地情報の収集

・賃貸条件や売却に関する相談・調整

・官公庁への各種申請や書類手続き

・営業活動を支えるサポート業務全般

土地探しから交渉、手続きまで一貫して携わり、

再生可能エネルギー事業を実現へと

導く重要な役割を担います。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~17:30

  • 休憩60分有り

基本給:月給 35万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

  • インセンティブ別途支給有り

3,600,000円 / 入社1年目・25歳(未経験スタート)

5,400,000円 / 入社3年目・27歳(未経験スタート)

10,000,000円 / 入社4年目・42歳(元不動産売買営業)マネージャー職
