同社のフランチャイズ(FC)加盟院の売上・利益最大化とブランドの
維持・強化を担う「FC運営事業本部」の部長として、組織マネジメントおよび
戦略構築・実行を推進していただきます。
将来的には執行役員として経営の一翼を担っていただくことを期待しています。
【職務詳細】
■運営部全体の統括
→SV(経営コンサルタント)および研修講師・技術SV計30名超のマネジメント。
各チームリーダーとの定例MTG、1on1を通じた成果確認と方向性の調整。
■医院経営支援の高度化
→売上・利益、新規/リピート率、財務情報、訪問報告などのデータから
真因を見抜き、SVへの改善指導や、院長の行動変容を促す支援方針・戦略の立案。
■全体戦略・組織改善
→院長向けセミナーや年1回開催するコンベンションなど加盟院向け施策の
設計・演出。
経営視点からの研修内容・マニュアル改定の指揮(研修チーム管掌を含む)。
■社内チームの強化
→成果と支援の両立を図るマネジメント方針の浸透。メンバーの育成と適正配置。

【給与】
年収:1000万~2000万程度
月給制:月額833333円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
