You will operate at a strategic level, influencing people strategy, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global HR and organizational strategies aligned with corporate and business objectives
• Lead company-wide workforce planning and organizational design initiatives across multiple regions
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional HR strategy and transformation projects from planning through execution
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management, supporting decision-making on critical people and organizational topics
• Collaborate with global HR teams and corporate functions to deliver consistent and scalable people strategies
• Identify organizational challenges through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, and develop actionable solutions
• Lead special assignments and high-priority initiatives, including urgent or management-driven projects

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Proven experience leading large-scale projects within consulting firms or complex corporate environments
• Experience working in global or multinational organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong background in strategy development, organizational design, or business transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and cross-border projects in dynamic environments

• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into executable actions
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Leadership capability to influence, align, and drive outcomes without formal authority

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Fluent (business-level communication in international environments)

• HR functional experience or strong exposure to HR-related domains
