【配属部署】
農機国内サービス部 東日本作業機課
【業務内容】
主に国内領域におけるメーカーサービス業務(農機製品のサービス技術資料制作、研修活動)を担当していただきます。
具体的には
テクニカルチームの担当員として、農機に係る研修講師業務、サービス関連資料作成業務および整備業務の実務推進を担当していただきます。
《入社直後~1年後》
・農機のサービス技術研修・販売研修のサポート業務
・研修に必要なツール(カットモデル、ベンチモデル)等の制作
・農機(コンバイン・田植機等)の軽整備作業
《1年以降》
・農機のサービス技術研修・販売研修のインストラクター業務
(研修センターでの集合研修会、現地派遣型フィールド研修会)
・オンライン研修用のeラーニングコンテンツ制作活動
・研修に必要なツール(カットモデル、ベンチモデル)等の開発・制作
・農機の整備業務における生産性向上工具の開発・制作
・サービス関連資料(整備要領書、整備標準時間表)の制作補佐
・製品開発段階のテストへ参画、市場ニーズの開発機へ織込み活動(サービスコンカレント活動)

【働くスタイル】
チームリーダーの指示に基づき、個人活動またはグループ活動で業務を推進します。
グループ活動では意見交換を行う中で意思決定をしていくため、個人の考えを業務に反映していくことができます。
製品知識については、サービス部門自身が製品教育する部署により、部内教育(座学、実習)や販社へのオフィシャルな研修の中に入ってもらい知識を付けてもらう事が可能です。
個別に部門先輩等への確認も行いやすい雰囲気があります。
また、販社のサービス現場最前線へ出向いて実務推進していただくことも想定しています。

原則、拠点を跨ぐ異動は無し。
将来的には、
1)実務推進のスペシャリストとしてチームの中心となる人物
2)管理職候補としてチームをまとめあげる人物
のどちらかを担っていただくことを想定しています。

求めるスキル経験
【学歴】
高卒、高専卒
【必須経験・資格】
・自動車整備士2級相当の資格保有・実務経験
・機械・電気・油圧等の一定レベル以上の技術知識
・Word,Excel,PowerPointを使用して資料作成ができる
【歓迎】
・メーカー(自動車、農機、建機、(電気)、他)でのサービス業務経験(フィールドサービス、営業サービス、技術資料作成、技術研修 等)またはディーラでのサービス業務経験
・小型特殊自動車免許(農耕用)

《残業手当参考例》
残業20時間込みの場合、4,874,000円~6,408,000円
※夜勤の場合は別途夜勤手当支給
