【1日のスケジュール例】

08:30 出勤 - 夜勤者から申し送り

09:00 バイタル測定・処置 - 吸引・褥瘡ケアなど

11:00 入浴後フォロー - 保湿・創傷確認

12:00 昼食見守り・経管栄養

13:00 休憩60分

14:00 カンファレンス参加/記録入力

15:30 レクリエーション巡回 - 急変時は医師へTEL連携

16:30 夕方のバイタル・薬セット

17:30 夜勤者へ申し送り/退勤

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)
