Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and key industrial customers in Japan.
Identify new business opportunities and promote servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control solutions.
Support the full sales cycle including customer visits, technical proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.

  • Key Account & OEM Support
Support OEM/ODM and strategic customers with technical discussions, interface requirements, and solution customization.
Act as a technical bridge between Japanese customers and the China R&D team.

  • Distributor Enablement
Support distributors in customer visits, technical Q&A, and solution proposals.
Help partners build local capability to support end users independently.

  • Market & Internal Coordination
Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence from Japan.
Work closely with headquarters' R&D, product management, and quality teams to support localization and product improvement.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Background
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in factory automation, motion control, servo systems, PLCs, or related industrial products.
Good understanding of servo drives/motors, PLCs, HMIs, fieldbus (EtherCAT etc.), and industrial automation systems.
Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, or automation distributors is highly preferred.
Sales & Communication Skills
Strong interest in customer-facing roles and solution-based technical sales.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Language & Others
Fluent Japanese and English is mandatory; Chinese is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel within Japan and occasionally to China for training.
Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-border teams.
