Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Relocation Consultant located in Nagoya. The Relocation Consultant will assist clients with their relocation needs by offering guidance and support throughout the process. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients, assisting with property searches, providing local area information, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Strong Consulting and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and address their specific needs.
Customer Service skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction during the relocation process.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and interact professionally with international clients.
Familiarity with Japanese culture, language skills (Japanese N2/English proficiency), and prior experience in the relocation industry are considered advantageous.
