We will count on you to / あなたに期待すること:

  • M&Aをはじめとする組織の成長戦略やそれに伴う人事戦略を立案・行します
  • ビジネスリーダーや管理監督者に対して人事運営や方針について助言。新たな施策や活動を推進するとともに、組織の再設計や再編に伴う適切な計画を実行します
  • 社内のパフォーマンス管理、コーチング、研修、キャリア開発などタレントマネジメントプログラムを構築します
  • 人事サービスの改善機会を特定し、リージョンやグローバルの同僚や、採用・人事オペレーションなどHR内のチームと協力し、改善を図ります

What you need to have / 必須条件:

  • 学士号以上
  • 5年以上のHRジェネラリストまたはHRビジネスパートナーの経験。日本の雇用条例や労働要件に関する実務知識。人事プロセスや運営についての十分な理解。日本の人事のベストプラクティスやコンプライアンスについてよく理解していること。
  • 従業員のライフサイクルのあらゆる側面を通じて、ビジネス内のピープルマネージャーを効果的にコーチングする能力。
  • ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語力
