仕事内容:

営業プレイヤーとして、独自のソリューションでクライアントの課題を解決しながら、並行して東京本社(約15名)の組織づくり、メンバー育成、戦略立案を担っていただきます。

現在、東京本社は高い集客力を背景に順調に成長していますが、

数値管理の徹底、営業ナレッジの共有、そして次世代リーダーの育成を通じて、

圧倒的に強い営業組織へとアップデートさせることがミッションです。

【具体的には】

■マネジメント・組織構築

・戦略立案・KPI管理

∟経験の浅いチーフ層を巻き込み、目標達成に向けた論理的なアクションプランの策定と数値管理の徹底。

・コーチング・育成

∟商談同行やフィードバックを通じ、若手メンバーの早期戦力化と、チーフ層のマネジメント能力向上を支援。

・仕組み化・ナレッジシェア

∟ 属人化している成功事例を言語化・標準化し、チーム全体の受注精度を底上げする仕組みの構築。

・事業グロース

∟現場の声を活かした「新規サービスの立案・商品化」において、市場性を見極め、事業を軌道に乗せるリード。

・メンバーのモチベーションを維持しつつ、論理的に課題を指摘できる対人能力のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

平日 :9:00~19:00のうち4~6時間程度

※月に10日~ご相談ください

※土日祝日はお休みですがイベントスタッフとしてご勤務は可能です。

フレックスタイム制

コアタイム:12:00 ~ 17:00

標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥83,400〜¥107,200(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 350,000円 ~ 450,000円 (※想定年収 5,000,000円 ~ 6,300,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 83,400円 以上

みなし残業時間 40時間

■試用期間6か月間あり

■みなし残業代(40時間分、83,400円)を月給に含みます。超過分は別途支給します。
