【仕事内容】

2014年より運営する法人向けエンジニア研修サービス「ITCOLLEGE」。

ITCOLLEGEでは大きくプログラミング研修とインフラ研修を提供しており、インフラ研修講師はエンジニアとしてのご経験を活かして、

IT企業の新卒エンジニアや未経験エンジニアの方へサーバー、ネットワーク、クラウドといったITインフラ全般の技術を伝えていただくポジションとなります。

講師未経験の方には、ご入社後に3ヶ月間の講師トレーニングプログラムもご用意しています。

担当コースはこれまでのご経験・スキルとご希望に応じて、得意な技術分野からお任せしていきます。

他社研修での登壇経験がある方についても、はじめは未経験者エンジニア向けの小規模な研修をご担当いただき、

ITCOLLEGEの指導方針に馴染んでいただいてから、徐々に大規模な研修やオーダーメイド研修などレベルの高い研修をお任せしています。

・インフラエンジニアとしての実務経験2年以上(設計・構築・運用)

・本社または研修会場(東京都中央区)で勤務できる方

※オンライン研修時は自宅勤務も可(割合は年間で20〜30%ほどです)

【勤務時間】08:45〜17:45(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均2時間

繁忙期以外はノー残業が多いです。

【給与】

400万円〜600万円

月給制 基本給280000円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として42860円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
