仕事内容:
入社後は約3ヶ月間の専門研修からスタートし、ITエンジニアとしての基礎スキルを習得していただきます。研修終了後は、スキルレベルに合わせたシステム開発や運用等のプロジェクトに参加します。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
- 基礎研修期間(入社~3ヶ月) ・PCの基本操作およびIT基礎知識の学習 ・プログラミング言語(Java)を用いた開発演習 ・Webアプリケーションの設計、実装、テスト工程の理解
- プロジェクト配属後 ・Webシステムや業務アプリケーションの開発、改修 ・サーバー、ネットワークの構築および運用保守のサポート ・詳細設計書の作成、プログラミング、テスト実施
必ず先輩社員がいるチームへ配属されるため、実務未経験の方でも安心して業務に取り組める環境です。

月給 220,000円 ~ 550,000円 ※経験、能力を考慮の上決定します。 ※固定残業代(15.5時間分 23,840円~59,440円)を含みます。超過分は別途全額支給します。 ※賞与:年3回(決算賞与含む) ※昇給:年1回
