正社員として、兵庫県尼崎市の本社を拠点に、自社施工物件の増改築や営繕工事における施工管理業務をお任せします。月給30万円から45万円の安定した待遇で、あなたの経験を正当に評価いたします。

【お任せすること】

・工場、福祉施設、マンション、公共建物などの増改築・営繕工事の管理

・小規模案件を複数担当し、工程・安全・品質・予算をトータルでコントロール

・協力業者との打ち合わせや、施主様への状況報告

・「自分の裁量」で現場を切り盛りし、スムーズな完工を目指す業務

・高校以上(建築科)が必須

・改修工事の施工管理業務の経験必須

・普通自動車運転免許必須(AT限定可)

・建設工事関係資格あれば尚可

・59歳以下(定年年齢60歳のため)

・自分で現場を切り盛りすることが好きな方

・経験が浅い方もしっかり育成します

・就業時間:8時30分~17時30分(休憩時間60分)
