仕事内容


商標登録に関する弁理士業務・サポート業務です。

<弁理士試験の受験生、挑戦される方、歓迎します>

  • 具体的には

・コンサルティング

・商標調査

・商標登録出願 の主に3つです。

未経験の方は弁理士から指示を受けて、

商標調査の報告書や出願書類の作成補助などの事務業務からスタート。

少しずつ知識と経験を習得してくださいね。

<コンサルティング>

お客様がどのような権利取得を希望しているのかをヒアリング。

取得可能な権利や取得にかかる時間と費用などをアドバイスします。

<商標調査>

商標登録できる可能性があるのかを調査します。

商標が目印として機能するのかどうか(識別性)、

先に登録されているものと類似していないか等を調査(類否)。

専門性が問われるところです。登録の可能性が低いと判断した場合には、

どうすれば登録の可能性を上げることができるのかも含めてアドバイスします。

<商標登録出願>

オンラインで特許庁に出願します。

出願の準備や作業は事務スタッフが行いますので、

チェックをするだけです。

自分が担当した商標をコンビニ、ショッピングモール、街角、テレビCMなどで

目にするようになると、微力ながら社会に貢献していることが実感でき、嬉しい気持ちになります。

商品名やロゴマーク等は商標と呼ばれ、登録することにより商標権が取得できます。

当事務所では、このような商標登録の業務を主に取り扱っています。

どんな商標でも登録できるわけではなく、一定の条件を満たし、

さらに既に登録されている他人の商標と類似しないものに限られます。

当事務所では、お客様からご依頼を受け、詳細な調査・様々な検討を行った上で権利化の手続を行います。

この様な業務には、高度な専門性が求められ、法律知識と実務経験が必要です。

未経験の方でも入社後3~6ヶ月の研修で一通りの業務ができるようになります。

また、法律知識のない方は、サポート業務から始めていただきます。

ご依頼内容はお客様ごとに異なります。

登録が難しいケースでは、どうすれば登録可能性を高められるかを

お客様と一緒に考えることで無事登録に至った際にはとても喜んでいただけます。

小規模の特許事務所ですが、アパレル、化粧品、健康食品、飲食店チェーン等、

様々な分野で年間300件前後の商標登録を行っており、

多数の取扱件数を有しています。

中国、台湾、アメリカ、欧州など海外における商標登録も幅広く行っています。

  • 先輩社員より

弁理士の資格を取得しない限り、単独では商標登録の代行業務は行えません。

しかし作業自体は弁理士と同じで、弁理士の監督のもとであれば作業が可能です。

将来的には資格を取得して単独で業務ができるようになっていただきたいですが、

それまではしっかりとサポートをしていきます。向上心だけ持ってお越しください。

  • 職場環境・風土について

勤務地のビルは京橋駅、大阪ビジネスパーク駅など各駅からアクセス便利。

ビルの中にはレストラン、喫茶店、コンビニ、郵便局、ATM、ジムまで何でも揃っています。

ビルから出る必要がないので助かりますね。

25階からの眺めも最高で大阪城も見えます。

ガラスが厚く防音性が高いため、静かで快適に仕事できる環境です。

1階の吹き抜け広場では季節に合わせて様々なイベントが行われており、

お仕事終了後の癒しになったりもします。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~17:30(休憩1時間)

残業は、ほぼありません。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※25万円は未経験で入社した場合の

最低金額です。

※賞与年2回+業績・実績により決算賞与を支給

※弁理士試験1次合格者には2万円/月の手当を付与します。

※弁理士試験に合格された方には上記に加えて3万円/月の手当を付与します。
