Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 名古屋市西区にあるデイサービス「あいりデイホーム」です。地域密着型で、毎月地域の方々との交流会も開催しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 利用者様の介護業務全般、運動・体操指導、レクリエーション活動、送迎業務を行います。送迎車はノアを使用し、送迎手当も別途支給されます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 毎月1回の社内研修があり、資格取得支援制度も完備。初任者研修費用は法人が全額負担します。無資格からスタートして介護福祉士になった先輩もいます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 子育て中の主婦の方、40代・50代の方、ブランクのある方など幅広い年代が活躍中。子連れ出勤もOKなので、お子様がいる方も安心して働けます。

週3日から勤務可能で、時給1,140円~1,200円です。
