『moomoo(ムームー)』アプリについて
『moomoo』は、FUTUグループが2018年に米国カリフォルニア州シリコンバレーで開発した個人投資家向け取引アプリです。プロフェッショナルレベルの分析ツール・リアルタイムのマーケット情報・財務データ・高度なチャート機能を、個人投資家でも簡単に使えるように設計されており、ユーザー同士が情報交換できる掲示板・コミュニティ機能も搭載されています。
2023年10月には日本市場向けにカスタマイズされたmoomooアプリを通じて、米国株取引サービス(24時間取引対応)を開始。2025年4月時点では、約7,000銘柄の米国株を取り扱い、そのうち約6,000銘柄以上が24時間取引に対応しています。
さらに、一般社団法人日本マーケティングリサーチ機構による2024年12月期の調査において、moomooは以下の4項目で主要ネット証券大手5社との比較で1位を獲得しています。

2023年の米国株24時間取引サービスの開始以降、日本国内におけるmoomooユーザーは急増。2024年には日本株やその他資産クラスへの本格参入を果たし、2026年はこれまでに構築した基盤をさらに拡大し、市場でのポジションをより一層確立するフェーズへと突入しました。

■業務内容:
◆コンテンツグロース戦略
・海外各地域のユーザー成長指標を担当し、日本市場における主要なユーザージャーニーの各段階(口座開設、取引、AUM(運用資産残高)など)のコンバージョン率向上に責任を持つ。
・ユーザー特性、市場動向、製品能力を統合し、成長目標を達成するためのオペレーション戦略を設計・実行する。
・マーケティングチームやチャネルチームと連携し、フロントエンドチャネルのユーザー特性に基づいたカスタマイズされたコンテンツを開発し、ビジネス目標の達成を支援する。
・日本市場におけるコンテンツ運営を統括し、情報発信、コミュニティエンゲージメント、投資教育プログラムを推進するとともに、ビジネスの優先事項に沿った目標や戦略を設定し、各チームと協力して業務を遂行する。

Requirements
【必須(MUST)】
・5年以上のユーザー成長業務の経験、およびチームの管理経験。
・高度なデータ分析能力と構造的思考を備え、データドリブンな意思決定を行い、迅速な最適化を実現できること。
・好奇心旺盛で学習意欲が高く、データ分析に強みを持ち、流量(トラフィック)や集客手法に敏感であること。
・証券業界での経験、または投資経験があり、業界への理解が深いこと。
・中国語がビジネスレベルで使用できること。
・日本語または英語がビジネスレベルで使用できること。
