Job Description

  • Duties You will edit Sansan Corporation's brand by overseeing various creative projects and communication through text. You will demonstrate high-level editorial skills to embody the company's brand in every word, working to enhance the brand's value.

You will be part of Sansan Corporation's branding department, handling the editing, planning, and creation of content with a strong message. Additionally, you will organize and write text to control communication and edit photos and graphics, all aimed at maximizing the brand value of Sansan Corporation and its services.

Key Responsibilities (some Examples)

  • Planning and development of creative concepts and related production work
  • Writing duties, including copywriting and rewriting
  • Creation and direction of web pages, brochures, various materials, novelties, and events aimed at branding and marketing services, PR, and recruitment
  • Production of presentation materials such as planning documents and action summaries
  • Direction of photography (still images, videos, etc.) for events and PR materials Note: Responsibilities will be tailored to the individual's characteristics, career, and experience.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 5+ years of experience in editorial and production direction
  • Experience in both print and web production
  • Experience in writing articles, manuscripts, and copywriting
  • Experience in checking and revising manuscripts, designs, and layouts Please submit any works you have written or worked on as part of planning, editing, or production at the time of application. Candidates will be asked to submit an assignment between the first and second interviews.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience in a management position (department head, editorial director, or similar decision-making roles)
  • Experience in budget and production cost management
  • Experience in planning and producing content outside of articles, such as advertisements, events, and videos
  • Experience in concept design
  • Knowledge of all types of creative work (photography, video, web, design, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B content creation for marketing purposes
  • Experience in corporate branding, marketing, PR, or related fields

  • Ability to intuitively understand what should be expressed through writing or design
  • Ability to logically explain the design of a company or product/service brand
  • Ability to capture what the company or stakeholders want to communicate and express it through creative works
