仕事内容


がんの治療薬の開発を目指した研究業務に参加して頂ける方を募集しています。

【業務内容】

・細胞培養業務(細胞継代、細胞ストック、薬剤感受性試験、RNA干渉実験等)

・発現解析業務(リアルタイムPCRによるmRNA発現量の測定等)

・タンパク質解析業務(タンパク質抽出、ウエスタンブロッティングによるタンパク質発現の検出等)

必要に応じた補助的業務

・核酸抽出業務(大腸菌への形質転換、プラスミド回収、RNA抽出、濃度測定等)

・動物実験業務(マウス移植腫瘍形成、薬剤投与、腫瘍の増殖計測等の実験補助)

※動物(マウス)等抵抗ある方は業務範囲から外すことも可能です。ご相談ください。

【稼働要件】

曜日:月~金(週5勤務)

時間:10時00分~19時00分間で実働6~8時間(休憩1時間含む)ご相談ください。

・がんの治療法開発に関する研究業務に興味もって取り組める方。

・他の職員と協調して、相談しながら業務を遂行できる方。

・理系短期大学、理系専門学校卒業以上

・上記職務内容のいずれかの経験者の方は尚可

・エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなどの基本的なPCスキル
