仕事内容


ホテルやレストラン、学校等へ業務用食品総合卸売を行う当社で下記業務を行っていただきます。

・受注データの入力

・受電話対応

・伝票作成、整理などの

一般事務業務全般をお願いします。

事務未経験で入社された方が多いです

※外勤はありません

【具体的には】

・お得意先様(販売先)ごとに事務の担当者が割当てられます。

・お得意先様(販売先)からの注文の受付は、システムで自動的に

受注する方法もありますが、FAXでの注文も多く、電話での照会

もあります。

・お得意先様(販売先)から営業担当者への取次ぎや橋渡しの役割も

担っていただきます。

【1日のスケジュール例】

7:30~事務所へ出社、各自、その日の業務内容を確認

8:20~全体朝礼

8:30~業務開始

12:00~お昼休憩(11:30からとの2交代制)

13:00~午後の業務開始

17:30~終礼、退社

内容を教えます

・販売管理システムへの入力作業が大半を占めますが、

基本的なパソコン操作が出来れば、どなたでも行える仕事です。

・業務に慣れてくれば、いよいよ一人立ちして業務を行ってもらいます。

基本給:月給 12万1600円

固定残業代:なし

1ヶ月あたり6万8400円 〜 13万円

*賃金は経験等により決定します。

  • 通勤手当:実費支給(上限あり) (月額 16,200円)
