お客様に「この人にお願いしてよかった」と思ってもらえる仕事。

仕事の幅を広げたい、長く通用するスキルを身につけたい。

柏市を中心に50年以上、地域に根ざして不動産事業を展開してきた向陽。

お任せするのは、賃貸物件のご案内から入居後のフォロー、オーナー様とのやり取りまで「暮らしを支える一連の仕事」です。

【具体的な仕事の流れ】

お客様の「住まい探し」から「入居後の安心」まで、長く関われる仕事です。

ホームページやご紹介などを通じてご来店されるお客様の対応が中心。

地域密着のため、お客様の多くは近隣の方や過去にご契約いただいた方からのご紹介です。

  • ご来店対応(条件のヒアリング・お部屋の提案)
  • 現地へのご案内(社用車でお客様をお連れします)
  • 契約書類の作成・説明、鍵の受け渡し
  • 入居後のお困りごとへの対応(設備トラブルや修理手配など)
  • オーナー様とのやり取り(管理内容の確認・情報共有)

将来的には、リフォームや売買など、住まい全体の仕事にも挑戦できます。

入社数年で「住まいをトータルで理解できる人材」へと成長していくことができます。

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

総労働時間:1週あたり37時間30分

9:30~18:30

実働7時間30分、休憩1時間30分

\長時間残業は ほとんどありません/

繁忙期には、普段より残業時間が多くなることもありますが、それでも固定残業手当30時間を超えたスタッフは、いませんでした。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万2000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万8130円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

別途、インセンティブ、各種手当があります。
