【配属部門の概要】

顧客のニーズ収集からはじまり、技術提案、競合対応まで一貫して行います。面光源プロジェクト/営業グループは部長、課長を含め幅広い年齢層12名で活動しています。

国内メーカー(Displayメーカー、車載Tier1メーカー等)への拡販活動

当社海外グループ会社と連携した海外顧客への拡販活動

【担当する業務(詳細)】

民生、車載ディスプレイ用バックライトの拡販活動を行います。

日本国内の顧客に訪問し、顧客要求を捉え、提案型の営業活動です。

海外顧客に対してはグローバルメンバーと連携した顧客との会議への参加、海外出張の機会もあります。

基本的なPCスキル

8:30~17:30 (所定労働時間:8時間)

【報酬】

基本給24万円~45万円/月

・昇給:年1回(5月)

・賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

※スキル、経験に応じて前後する場合がございます

※別途下記手当あり(会社規定に基づく)

こども手当(18歳未満18,000円/人)/住宅手当/時間外手当/通勤手当

※年収例(賞与/各種手当/時間外手当含む)

①20代:430万円~650万円

②30代:500万円~800万円

③40代:600万円~900万円

・完全週休2日制

(業務や職種により休日出勤の可能性あり/代替休日取得制度あり)

・年次有給休暇付与日数15日~20日

(入社月から取得可/キャリア入社者は初年度のみ入社月により変動あり)
