フットワークと柔軟な対応で

お客様のご要望にお応えしています。

今回は弊社で働いてくれる

営業さんのサポート事務兼SNS担当を募集します

【 仕 事 内 容 】

営業さんがスムーズに打ち合わせを進められるよう、

ツール作成や事務作業をお願いします。

(営業行為はありませんので、ご安心ください)

① 資 料 作 成

土地に関することを調べ

データ入力していただきます。

② D M 送 付

土地の所有者様へDMを送ります

DMは通常印刷物の発送ですが、

書字が得意な方であれば、

あなたの特技を生かして

直筆のDMを書いてみませんか?

インターネットやメールばかりの中で、

直筆の文字がお客様の心を動かすかもしれません。

③ 物 件 調 査

土地は、その場所によって定められた

法令上の制限があるので

公官庁や市役所で調査を行います。

時には、現地の写真撮影や

周辺調査も行います。

外出時は、社用車を使っていただきますので

運転免許は必須です。

④ S N S 担 当

Instagramの

運用と管理をお願いいたします

「こういう投稿、面白いかも」

お客様目線で、興味を持っていただける投稿、

不動産に関する情報発信など

ついには、宅地建物取引士の

国家資格も取得しました。

  • 35歳以下の方(例外事由3号のイ)

  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定も可)

  • 業務使用の為、ペーパードライバー不可

  • 文字入力など、基本的なパソコン操作ができる方

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

交通費は別途規定支給しております。

  • 月平均残業時間:ほぼ無し定時退社を推奨しています。

  • 残業代は別途支給

  • 賞与:夏季・冬季

  • 業績により、期末手当支給

  • 資格手当:宅地建物取引士5000円~2万円

【1年目:未経験スタート】

月給20万円×12か月+賞与

=年収240万円以上(手当、賞与により変動)

【4年目:宅地建物取引士資格取得】

月給31万円×12か月+賞与

=年収380万円以上(手当、賞与により変動)
