①Development and operation of self-developed chat forms

Maximize brand experience, effectiveness, and conversion rates through online customer service for marketing issues of companies in various industries such as D2C, beauty, education, human resources, and finance.

②LINE Official Account Induction Solution: This solution guides users who abandon an LP (landing page) to an official LINE account. Through content like diagnostics and questionnaires, it introduces them to products and services that align with their higher interests.

③Chat-Type Entry Form for Maximizing Ad Effectiveness: This is a chat-based entry form designed to significantly increase CVR (Conversion Rate/Purchase Rate) for maximum advertising effectiveness. Both this and the previous solution are SaaS products, and there are currently only a few companies offering payment services in Japan.

④LINE Follow-Up Communication Service: This service supports customer retention through follow-up communication on LINE. It enhances the initial brand experience by leveraging insights into product purchase reasons and usage frequency, and it allows these unique insights to be used for improving various marketing initiatives.

To boost product development speed and quality, the company has rapidly expanded its engineering organization by bringing development in-house from offshore. As the engineering team grew from about 10 to 30-40 members, the need for more management talent has become critical.

They are looking for someone who can enhance organizational management, focusing on areas like enabling junior to mid-level members and increasing visibility into project progress. The goal is to find a leader who can improve productivity and maximize outcomes for an organization of this size.

Coordination of development projects with stakeholders

■Background of Technology Selection

The company's products are primarily built on a backend. In the initial phase, their services were developed using JavaScript ) and PHP (Laravel).

A few years ago, they made a strategic shift to TypeScript as their main language. This decision was driven by the clear advantage TypeScript offers in development efficiency for services with teams exceeding dozens of engineers, compared to JavaScript.

Currently, the Japan-based teams utilize TypeScript (React, , ), while offshore teams continue to use the initial phase's technology stack.

The company is now planning a comprehensive re-architecture to T3 Stack, aiming to reconstruct their services around TypeScript ). Team management experience

1+ years of experience operating/improving the same service

Experience in back-end development of web services utilizing a statically typed language (e.g. Java, Go, TypeScript): 3+ years

■Experience communicating and negotiating with the business side

*Language skills equivalent to JLPT N1 level
