創業15年目。京都府を中心に、官公庁や企業様の事務所・店舗・工場・ホテル・住宅など、幅広い建物の新築工事や改修工事を手がけています。

近年は、古民家リノベーションにも力を入れ、地域の景観と暮らしに貢献しています。

◤お仕事内容◢

建設現場において、施工が安全かつ円滑に行われるよう調整・管理などお願いします。

<具体的には・・・>

✓ 現地調査:建物や周辺環境を確認

✓ 図面作成:CADを使って設計図を作成

✓ 見積書作成:工事に必要な費用を算出

✓ 工程表作成:着工から完成までのスケジュールを計画

✓ 現場管理:安全管理・品質チェック・作業の進捗管理

✓ 竣工書類作成:完成後に必要な報告書や図面の整理 など

▼必須要件

✓ 施工管理もしくは建設/建築のご経験のある方

▼求めている人物像(いずれかに当てはまる方)

✓ 1級2級建築(土木)施工管理技士をお持ちの方

✓ 1級2級建築士をお持ちの方

✓ CAD図面作成の経験がある方

✓ 積算・見積作成の経験がある方

✓ 建設現場での経験がある方

✓ コミュニケーションスキルがある方 など

勤務時間・曜日:

●勤務時間8:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間)

※月平均残業:10時間以下

休暇・休日:

●年間休日125日

●完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)

※休日出勤の場合は必ず振替休日を取得していただいています。

●夏季休暇(4日間)

●年末年始休暇(12/28~1/6)

●有給休暇

●産休育休

●介護休暇

●GW休暇

勤務地:

●転勤なし

●直行直帰OK

●マイカー通勤OK

●交通費全額支給(月2.5万円まで)

アクセス:

●現場は、京都・滋賀エリアがメインとなります(京阪グループなどのお仕事多数)

●JR亀岡駅からバス(つつじヶ丘小学校前)下車、徒歩7分

給与:

月給 320,000円 ~ 420,000円 (※想定年収 4,500,000円 ~ 6,000,000円)

※経験・スキルに応じて変動あり
