当社は、アート作品の仕入れから販売、さらにお客様へのアフターフォローまで行っています。

単なる販売ではなく、アートを日常生活に取り入れる楽しさをお客様に伝えられます

アート展示会の企画から運営までを幅広く担当します。

>>具体的な仕事内容は…

  • 会場選定(日程・開催地・テーマなど)
  • 作家さんとのスケジュール調節
  • 広告や販促物の制作・発注
  • 展示会での販売・接客 など

※展示場所は全国のショッピングモールや百貨店など

平日はオフィスでの準備や調整業務が中心。

週末は全国のショッピングモールやイベント会場などで開催される展示会にて、販売・接客などをお任せします。

展示会にご来場くださるのは"アートに興味のあるお客様"が中心。

作品の魅力を紹介し、新しい鑑賞の楽しみ方を提案しながら、

アートを暮らしに取り入れる魅力を伝えていきましょう

充実の研修体制

入社直後の1~2週間は、社内での座学研修でアートの基礎知識や当社商品の魅力をじっくり学びます。その後はチームに配属され、実際の接客・販売を通じてスキルを身につけていきましょう

先輩が常にそばでサポートし、一人ひとりのペースに合わせて研修や実務指導を行います。

また、未経験入社の社員が多いため、安心してスタートできる環境です。

基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

月給25万円以上(20時間分の固定残業代3万円以上を含む)

※超過分は別途支給

月給27万円以上(20時間分の固定残業代5万円以上を含む)

  • マネジメント経験者 ※社会経験2年未満
