「お母さん」「お父さん」の目線や優しさが、そのまま活かせるお仕事です。
障がいをお持ちの方が「買い物に行きたい」「公園を散歩したい」といった願いを叶えるための付き添い(外出支援)をお願いします。
【具体的なお仕事内容】
お出かけの付き添い: 一緒に散歩をしたり、電車に乗って少し遠出をしたり。利用者様(5歳〜80代、平均30歳)の「楽しい」を隣で支えます。
生活のお手伝い: ご自宅での簡単な調理、お掃除、お買い物代行など。あなたが普段ご家庭でされている「当たり前の家事」が、利用者様の自立につながる大切な支援になります。
- 未経験・ブランクがあっても大丈夫 現在、30代〜60代の主婦さんが中心となって活躍しています。「誰かの役に立ちたい」「人と接するのが好き」という気持ちがあれば、資格がなくてもスタートできます。資格取得のサポートも万全です

9:00~19:00の間で希望シフト制 ※残業や夜勤はありません
【特によくある勤務例】
平日: 15:00~19:00(お子様のお迎え後や、放課後支援など)
土日祝: 9:00~18:00(朝からしっかり、など) ※上記以外の時間帯も相談に応じます。あなたの生活スタイルに合わせて調整可能です。
シフトの決め方
「週1日~」「月1日~」でもOK ご家庭の事情に合わせて、ご希望をお聞きします。
「今週は子どもの行事があるからお休みしたい」
「扶養範囲内で、決まった曜日だけ働きたい」
「急な予定が入ってしまった…」 そんなときも、スタッフ同士でお互いさまの気持ちで調整しています。無理なく、長く続けていただける環境を大切にしています。
最低勤務期間
長期で働ける方、大歓迎です まずは「自分にできるかな?」と不安な方は、短期間からお試しでスタートすることも可能です。実際に現場の雰囲気を見て、利用者様と触れ合ってから「長く続けられそう」と思っていただいてからの継続もOKです。
