【 仕事内容 】
お客様の「困った」を救うロードサービス
損害保険会社から依頼を受け、車の
トラブル現場へ駆けつけ対応するお仕事

バッテリー上がりへの対応
パンク車の応急処置・タイヤ交換
事故車・故障車のレッカー搬送

(1)出勤/待機
営業所で車両や備品を点検し、待機。
(2)依頼発生
iPhoneに通知 お客様と連絡・状況確認。
(3)出動/対応
バッテリー対応やレッカー搬送を実施。
(4)帰社/待機
次の依頼まで車両チェック・洗車・休憩。

➤平均:10〜25h/月
➤繁忙期(6〜9月):最大45h程度/月
…希望者は月45h~の残業も可能です。
➤残業代は1分単位で全額支給します。

- 完全週休2日制

シフト制ではありますが、
希望に応じて土日休みの取得可能。

給与詳細
基本給:月給 25万円 〜 45万円
固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

- 賞与:年2回(9月・3月)
基本給1ヶ月分をベースに、
業績・能力・貢献度により変動。
※評価期間:3〜8月/9〜翌2月
- 昇給・昇格:年1回
業績・能力・貢献度を踏まえ、
面談のうえ決定。
