【仕事内容】
まずは材料・道具の名前を覚えることから
資材や道具の搬出入や現場作業での手元など
最初はお手伝い感覚で始めてみましょう
実際に作業をするときは、
手順をお見せし、説明させて頂いてから
実際に手を動かしていただきます。
最初は難しいかもしれませんが
一つひとつできるようになればOKです
未経験から一生モノの知識・経験・技術を
身につけられますよ
経験者の方は、経験に応じて即戦力として
お仕事をお願いします
<現場は関西中心で仕事量も安定>
新築、リフォーム、解体など
様々な現場があります
規模も一軒家くらいのものから、
公共工事のようなの大きい仕事まで。
現場は関西圏が中心です。
四国や北陸など遠方に行く場合は、
別途手当をしっかり支給します
様々な現場があって楽しいですよ
<1日の仕事の流れ>
事務所へ出勤
皆で車に乗って現場へ向かう
17時までには作業終了・帰社
道具を片付けて、17:30頃には
退勤することがほとんど

「家族旅行をしたいので、
長期休みを取りたい」も相談OK

スタッフにもしっかりお休みを
取ってもらっています
