国内メーカーとして、
自社で企画・開発する「自動棒材供給機」 の
メンテナンス・技術サポートを担当いただく
仕事です。
「自動棒材供給機って何…?」
という方も多いと思いますが、
難しいものではありません。
NC旋盤(機械が自動で金属加工をする装置)
に材料を送り込むための
"材料の自動供給装置"のこと。
製造現場の自動化に欠かせないため、国内
メーカーを中心に幅広く導入されています。
【具体的な仕事内容】
〇自社製品の 点検・メンテナンス
〇製造現場での不具合対応(サポート)
〇お客様の声をもとにした
新製品づくりのためのヒアリング
〇展示会の企画・運営サポート、アテンド

【入社後の流れ】

まずは本社工場(茨城県)で研修を受け、
製品の構造・仕組み・メンテナンス方法を
基礎から習得できます。
※研修の際の 交通費・宿泊費は会社負担
※研修期間は1~3ヶ月程度を予定
その後、ご希望の支店へ配属。
先輩に同行しながら、故障対応の見方や
お客様との会話方法など、
一つひとつ実践で覚えていけば大丈夫です。

9:00~17:45(休憩45分)

※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 26万円 〜 28万5000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり3万円 〜 6万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間 〜 29時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
