仕事内容


車やお家のトラブルで困っている方からのご連絡を受付け、

現場へ救援にいくスタッフさんへ繋ぐお手伝いをしていただきます。

  • 業務の流れ

(1)お問い合わせ要件をヒアリング

(2)ご要件に応じて現場へ救援にいくスタッフを手配

(3)手配状況をお客様にご報告

(4)対応履歴をシステムに記録
