仕事内容:

大手HRサービスのエンハンス施策におけるフロントエンドエンジニアリングが主業務です。

主な業務内容

(2系)やjQueryを用いた画面の実装を担当いただきます。

プランナーの意図を実現するための開発要件のまとめ作業や、他のエンジニアが実装した画面のレビューも行います。

主業務として、プロダクトのフロントエンドの保守、運用、新規開発に携わっていただきます。

その他、ディレクターやデザイナーと共にタスク管理ツールを利用したプロジェクト進行も行います。

開発環境

開発言語はフロントエンドが(2系)、バックエンドがJavaです。

管理ツールとしてGitLab/Slack/JIRAを使用しています。

開発体制

プランナー兼ディレクター、バックエンド開発担当、デザイナー、フロントエンドPMなどとチームを組むウォーターフォール開発が中心です。(一部アジャイルチームもあります)

求める人材:

【基本スキル】

・自案件における進捗管理ができる

・Vueの実務経験または自己学習経験

・jsを使って非同期処理を実装できる

・HTMLでセマンティックなマークアップができる

・CSSの命名規則を理解して実装できる(HTML,CSS,JS実務経験3年以上)

・git ,npm yarn を理解し、それらを使って実装ができる

【尚可スキル】

・jqueryの実務経験

・webpackの使用経験

・インターフェースをjsonで作れる

・macOSを使った実装

・javaを利用したバックエンド開発経験
